Earle Rogers was born and raised in Vermont. He knows the value of hard work and attention to detail. These skills are applied to the welding of the business. He understands the welding needs of Vermonters. 

Earle has welded since he was in his teens. Over the years, he’s continued to develop welding skills.

In 2014, he graduated from AWI and is AWS certified. 

In 2015, he started his own business. He first started with snow removal and has quickly expanded the business to include welding and fabricating. 

Earle is now selling and installing  prefabricated steel buildings. 

Earle is a SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association) member. He works along side his team to provide commercial and residential snow removal and ice management in St. Albans, VT.
