Our Story

Owner Earle Rogers was born and raised in Vermont and understands the value of hard work, honesty, and craftsmanship. Those values continue to guide the company today.

Earle has been welding since his teenage years and has spent decades developing his skills and expertise in the trade. In 2014, he graduated from AWI and became AWS certified, further strengthening his technical knowledge and commitment to quality workmanship.

In 2015, Earle founded Green Mountain Welding with a goal of providing dependable services to local customers. What began as a snow removal business quickly expanded into welding and fabrication as demand for Earle’s skills continued to grow. Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for quality work, responsive service, and solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Today, Green Mountain Welding continues to grow, offering year-round welding and fabrication services, custom metalwork, rail and stair systems, equipment repairs, and the sale and installation of prefabricated steel buildings.
